At House of Tanaya, we take extra care to check the quality of every product before shipping. As a small, handpicked jewellery brand, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order is delivered.

However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a 100% refund of the product price.

To claim a refund, customers must provide:


  • A mandatory uncut unboxing video.

  • The video should clearly show the parcel from all sides, the opening process, and the product inside.

  • No refunds will be processed without this video evidence.

  • The request should be raised within 2 days for delivery.

  • Refunds for verified damage cases will be initiated within 2–5 working days.
