However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a 100% refund of the product price.
To claim a refund, customers must provide:

- The video should clearly show the parcel from all sides, the opening process, and the product inside.
- No refunds will be processed without this video evidence.
- The request should be raised within 2 days for delivery.
- Refunds for verified damage cases will be initiated within 2–5 working days.
